I've been a long time client and although I've noticed a change in service over the last few years and I'm aware of the negative reviews, I can only rave about their team and the compassion they provided to my family and I today. I started out as a customer shortly after they opened. I took all four of my dogs and all of my foster dogs. I was so happy with them that when a job became available I applied and started working the front office. I have since retired and moved over an hour away, but knowing first hand how wonderful the doctors, nurses and the entire staff are I will be driving that distance to have my pets seen here. You could not ask for a group of people that care more for their patients.
Where do I even begin regarding Dr. Rosato? How many of you have a vet that calls daily, gives you updates on weekdays and weekends, calls you back when she says she will - even after hours just to walk you through installing a libre sensor, makes sure all documentation reaches other specialist on time w/ detailed notes and reaches out to other vets for a 2nd opinion - Dr. Rosato is THAT Doctor. I was very saddened to learn from Arroyo's news release that many people have been rude to the staff. They are working short staffed but are very consistent in their cheerful helpful interactions with the fur baby's owners. They work very hard to accommodate their patients needs as efficiently and professional as they possibly can. I have been going to Arroyo for many years with different dogs and I've never experienced any staff that wasn't helpful, compassionate, professional and understanding even if I was having a melt... read more
They were amazing. We tried to get into our own vet, but they were booked solid and couldn't find any time for our sick dog. Called Arroyo and although they were booked too, they found a way to fit him in. They took great care of him and he was feeling better in no time. We now have a new vet!
I actually wound up at Arroyo by following Dr. Rosato who has been the doctor for both of my fur babies; my first cat that passed about 20 years ago & my current cat who has a chronic medical condition. Yes, she's really THAT good that I followed her. I'm writing this review, however, to give a big thank you and shout out to Lisa. Arroyo Vet Center has been really easy to work with in terms of scheduling and in-person visits. The staff always makes Leo, along with past dogs I've fostered, feel welcome and work well to calm them down while at the vet :( lol. Love Arroyo Vet and will continue to work with them in the future!
The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. It seems as everyone really enjoys working there as well as thoroughly enjoys each pet that walks through the door. So happy I decided to take my fur babies here for all their needs.
This place is absolutely amazing! I've been bringing my cat Hopps here for over a year now. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful, and I mean everyone. Any staff member, doctor, nurse, anyone you speak with is great. They really care for your pet in a loving matter, not clinical whatsoever where, but still very professional.
