Arroyo Veterinary was the third vet I've taken my 14 year old cat to for her respiratory/sinus problem. However, Dr. Kapty was the first veterinarian who cured her! Dr. Kapty listened to what I said about what we've tried in the past and what kind of worked and what didn't work and she found a solution that completely solved a horrible condition. I've been coming to Arroyo Veterinary for a couple of years now for my cat and they have been great for simple yearly shots as well as more urgent care matters. Staff is courteous and the doctors are caring and focused on my pet. I recommend them highly.

The staff here is the most compassionate, attentive people to ever care for our pets. They are quick, without rushing, and understanding of our nervous dog's needs for patience and gentleness. I could not reccomend this wonderful place enough. Dr. Ayshea Marchiondo (Quintana) has been our Veterinarian since 2014, she was there when it was time to put down my 12 year old pit mix and she was right there for us when my puppy had an accident recently. I'm a manager at a veterinary specialty hospital in San Francisco, and I've just got to give praise where it's due! Dr. Kapty and her team were great with my little man Buckwheat and helped us in our time of need! They acted quickly and we're so professional! First time at Arroyo Vet and was treated very well. Krystal the vet tech was extremely nice and helpful and DR Marchiando was great! I'm definitely going to keep going here. Great staff and experience overall!

First time today bringing our Pug mix in for a checkup, etc and the visit was great! The staff including the doctor are all the sweetest, kindest, understanding people and also my pup left as happy as can be! Highly recommended, they take their time and don't pressure you what so ever! Can't wait to bring my other fur babies here

I moved to Livermore a little under a year ago, and I was shopping around for vet's. I noticed the great reviews for this Vet center and wanted to join, however I dropped the ball. Fast forward to today, my pup was having some abnormal breathing issues, and this paranoid pug mama needed an appointment ASAP. I work graveyards, and I tested my luck with their online appointments and they responded so quickly to get me an appointment today. Just to state, I'm not a client with this veterinary center. HOWEVER, my friend and I took a dog that was found wandering by himself without collar and without tags. We brought him to Arroyo to see if they could scan his chip and the woman at the front desk was so helpful and so kind and immediately began helping us. She was engaging with us and with a woman who walked into the lobby. And kudos to the waiting woman for being patient while we were helped. We have been coming here for our goldendoodle Sophie for 3.5 years now. They are always very nice and accommodating. Our last visit I called on a Saturday to try and get in for Sophie's ears and they got us in within a couple hours of my call and Sophie's ears are feeling much better now!
