I would like to mention how compassionate Arroyo Veterinary staff are. I know this will sound nuts but my husband set a snap trap for a mouse that got in our house and the poor thing got its arm caught but was still alive and suffering. I called them for help to humanely euthanize it. They were closing but said they would wait 10 minutes for us to arrive and the doctor would help at no cost, which they did. Thank you so much Arroyo for the great care of all creatures.
Dr. Kapty and her staff went above and beyond in helping us during our dog's recent health emergency. They took great care of him while giving us an honest evaluation of his condition. I appreciate also their options for treatment in regards to our budget. Our dog loves everyone there too.
Picked up the balance of meds that weren't available on Tuesday. Easy pick up since they're open at lunch hour on their long days. Thank you Arroyo.
I've been taking my dogs to Arroyo for about 5 years or so. We used to see Dr Marchiondo, and she was great. We have one female chihuahua and a male rat terrier. Our chihuahua is...not always nice. We started seeing Dr Kapty when she first came to Arroyo, and she takes her time with our chihuahua, and tries to make her feel safe, even though she's barking and yipping. I like that I can usually get in there any time and in a pinch they are responsive to my time needs. But I feel like the last vet was over reaching on the service plan when there are way more cost effective options out there.
