While other property management companies in the east bay have left a lot to be desired, 2B has been very responsive to our requests. Specifically, Damian has always helped us out with our apartment needs on a personal level. We have been living in an apartment since October 2024 with 2B Living as property manager. I am writing this review to give my positive feedback and genuine appreciation for the maintenance services provided by Dan. He is a great communicator, goes above and beyond to help resolve issues, and recently, even changed his schedule to acomódate us when he had a very busy day already planned. We are very happy with his work and commitment to his customers.
Joaquin is kind, communicative, and efficient. He responds quickly to all my service requests including a beeping sensor and a partially clogged sink. He keeps things clean and completely solves the issue.

Landlord is super cheap with any repairs done to their property located in the San Mateo 94401 area. DM if you need specifics on which property. We have had multiple property managers during our rental of our place. Cole and Jordan were great during their time. We work with Mary B. now, and she needs to improve on her communication and to be less confrontational.
