I went to meet with a leasing agent to look at an apartment located on 27th Ave near Foothill Blvd in Oakland, CA The 1 bedroom presented nicely in that it contained the usual appliances and square footage one would expect for a building built in the 1960s. I had met with this leasing agent before and he was very thorough and exacting in his summary of how his company deals with potential tenants who hold housing subsidies i.e. low income renters. I had a great experience with 2B living overall and with Charlie, our property manager. 2B living took over our apartment management and they made living there a pleasant experience, being incredibly reliable and always quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed something addressed. Marcos always does a great job! Whenever I have a problem in my unit, he responds quickly with clear communication on how he will assess and resolve the issue. He gives a clear timeline on when the job will be done and he follows through and checks to see if everything is now good. We are grateful to have Marcos as he truly cares about our building.
Marcos Machado is consistently Great! He's friendly , diligent, & just an excellent, excellent maintenance repairman, it is so important to have a maintenance team as good as these guys, they're lifesavers
I continue to be impressed by 2B Living's responsiveness to tenants. My old stove was failing and when I asked for a repair, I received a brand new stove - a much better one than the original. Then when I inquired after a new stove hood, one was delivered that matched the stove and installed immediately. The maintenance technician who oversaw the replacement was terrific - prompt to arrive, friendly, efficient, and professional.
