The maintenance crew is always very friendly and they work fast, they are great! whenever something is broken in my apartment they always respond either by email or text to verify & see what's most accommodating
Having my building go through three owners and two property management companies in the past 18 years, I'm relieved it's now being managed by 2B Living. Prompt and timely responses to any maintenance problems I've had and proactive attention to any potential problems that might have come up in the future. Now if they could only talk the building owners into a new exterior paint job! :-)
We lived in a 2B property in Palo Alto and the apartment was okay (price was great). The management however is amazing. Charlie was always available at all hours of the day and coordinate all of our needs as they came up I.e. fixing the laundry machine. During our move out process (we needed a bigger apartment), he was extremely helpful in sorting out logistics and being flexible. Hats off to Charlie for being a great part of our living experience.
Damian did a terrific job for me! He was prompt. He fixed several things. He let me know what needed to be replaced and how he would be fixing other things. He left everything in beautiful shape. I really appreciated his guidance and professionalism.
Damian was very nice and helpful. He works really fast and my sink and shower were running like new in just a few minutes. He also insists to leave things cleaner than when he started! Highly recommend!

I'll begin with nobody paid me to write this review nor gave me any sort of incentive to do it. With that said, hands down the BEST property management company in the area!. I've been with 2B for over 2 years now at two separate locations and just signed another 12 month lease! That should say enough about how well they treat their tenants. Damian from 2B was great! Came in, was quick to assess the issue and immediately got to work to fix the gasket on my fridge which had been squeaking terribly for weeks. He fixed it in just 10 mins, had me check and confirm I'm satisfied with the outcome and was on his way. High recommend!
