We have been using 2B Living as our property manager for several years. It has been a great experience. Dave Aguire is our personal property manager and he is THE BEST! He communicates everything between the owner and tenants timely and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. He is a true professional. We are never worried about our tenants being happy. Dave fixes all issues quickly and is always dependable when an emergency arrises. I cannot recommend a better property manager than Dave Aguire at 2B Living!

I have mainly worked with Nelly and Jordan from 2B Living and my first hand experience has been great. They care for their residents and always go above and beyond. No one wants to call a restoration company because usually it means we will be in someone's home with loud equipment which can be very disruptive to the residents. We have never had an issue as they both have great relationships with their residents which makes our jobs much easier. My family and I had the pleasure working with Lindzi Tran as she made finding our apartment fast and seamless. She accommodated to my family's needs, was responsive and worked around anything that could be a problem when getting our place. She was assuring, communicative and sweet. Although I have not officially moved in to my unit yet, I would like to give a huge shout out to Lindzi and my experience so far. This is my first time hunting for a solo apartment and I was very anxious with the process. However, she has been extremely patient and helpful through it all. Moved here from a building close by and the difference in management is like night and day. First the cleanliness of the building is amazing, everything is maintained and our rooftop is always clean and neat. The trash gets taken out everyday and I the halls always smell fresh. Back in my old building packages would get stolen but I have zero problems here as they use Amazon lockers and the residents are trustworthy. I have been a renter in Oakland for the last 20 years. Only in the last 10 years did property management companies become a big thing here in our town. I've dealt with quite a few, and I have to say, the people at 2B Living are the best I've seen! Even though my building is very old, the team has come in and helped me as a tenant realize that I could request services and repairs that I never thought possible. Recently moved out, stayed here with some roommates, and this was my first time dealing with 2B living. Nelly was my go to person and I couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with. She was super nice and helpful and always treated me like family. She showed me how to use the portal and it was very easy to use. It was very convenient to pay rent and open work orders. Any requests for maintenance were taking care of super quickly! Would definitely recommend 2B to anyone.
