we moved in a few months ago to an apartment that had a lot of issues with the newly replaced appliances. dan the handyman (or mechanic, or whatever i'm not sure what his job title is) is so responsive and has gone out of his way multiple times to find solutions for our dryer that just doesn't want to run. we had another issue over the weekend and he was able to fix it quickly and always keeps us in the loop on the cause of the issue. it's comforting to know that when our stuff breaks down dan will be communicative and fix i... read more

I would like to recognize the great job Dave A. brings to your company. Its comforting to know that people still take the necessary time to do a great job. Communication along with the ability to problem solve when the need arises is extremely important. Dave does a fanatastic job on all points discussed.

I rented from 2B Living for 3 years in Berkeley. I loved the online system that made paying for rent and putting in a maintenance request super easy. My building manager, Dave Aguirre was the best! He was super kind and attentive to any issues on site. Highly recommend 2B Living and highly recommend Dave!

Been living with 2B Living for the last ~9 months and have nothing but great things to say. The apartment is in great shape, utilities/appliances are always working, and Dave has been super helpful going out of his way helping me when Ive locked myself out (twice now!) as well as ensuring the property is safe and taken care of. Cant say enough good things about the property. Great value for what I pay!

My experience in a 2B Living property has been nothing but exceptional. This isn't my first rodeo renting, and I can say without a doubt this is my smoothest experience so far. I'd especially like to commend the property manager Dave for making the experience so hospitable. From service jobs to his genuine kindness, he's made living in my new home painless.

Nelly was spectacular to work with and always made sure that any issues that arose were solved in a timely manner. In addition, she made a mouthwatering salad when I had to meet with her - which made my day. Nelly was always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that everything was running smoothly and for that reason, I highly recommend her.
