Tenant experience is possibly the best of any unit I've rented in 30 years. Property managers available via text or email. Service requests and payment managed via website or app. Maintenance staff responsive and friendly. Everything is above board - no shenanigans of any kind.

I've lived on a property before 2B Living acquired it and I'm glad they did. Although there were issues while we were under construction (which were totally separate from 2BL) my property manager, Nelly, was super responsive and very hands on when I had questions, concerns, or requests. Although I'm no longer living at that building, my time with 2BL and Nelly was a great one!

I recently moved in to 2B living in niles , and all I can say is that it a great place . The response was super fast and they are very helpful and so was Jesse the assistant property manager . He really made the process quick and easy . Plus it surrounded by beautiful landscapes!! And a reasonable price. Total recommend this place to live .

I've been working with Nelly for a long time now. I've never seen another property manager as respectful, caring and attentive as she is with all the residents. You can tell she also pays great attention to detail because her property is very well maintained. Any time we reach out to her for any questions or concerns she is quick to respond.

Nelly, Caroline and the 2B team were amazing! They were super responsive and thorough during the apartment search, signing and move-in process. Luckily we haven't had any issues since moving in a couple months ago but Nelly has been checking in on us just to make sure we're okay. She's been a super valuable resource to have in our corner and we're super appreciative of her hard work and constant support! Looking forward to our tenure here!!!

We think 2B is doing great, and we are especially fortunate to work with with Nelly the past few year. She is attentive, professional, and friendly. That goes a long when when faces with a stressful situation. She always takes care of any issues or concerns we have in the unit. It's great to see how well they work both with providing care to our homes, but also treating us well as tenants. We are happy with 2B's management of our building.
