I had a little bit of bad experience with one of the leasing managers but Brooks who is the CEO took the time to discuss the experience I had, and then explained to me what could have gone wrong and he will set me up to view the apartment and that I wasn't singled out and hopefully that's true , (apartment I was initially told is leased by leasing manager but it wasn't. I will tour it and will update this post as needed.
My boyfriend and I have been living in an apartment managed by 2B living for about one year. Our property manager is Nelly Litovskaya and we've really enjoyed our relationship with her. She's so kind, professional, responsive, and reliable. She always answers the phone and responds to messages promptly. Our building is well maintained, neighbors are very friendly, maintenance is quick, and everyone is very helpful who I spoke to. We had some maintenance issues that came up and our manager was very responsive through the whole process. Nelly updated us on every step even on the weekend and accommodated our needs. We couldn't use our bedroom and she allowed me to take a meeting from a vacant apartment to avoid noise. 5 stars!
I have been living in an apartment managed by 2B Living for nearly a year now and have nothing but good things to say about this company and more specifically our property manager, Nelly. There were several maintenance issues (not uncommon for older San Francisco Victorian apartments) and Nelly was kind, efficient and professional about getting them fixed and taken care of. Overall very grateful that she has been our buildings point person!
My husband and I just recently worked with 2B, specifically with Ariana and Caroline. They were and are both INCREDIBLE. Great management team! Very easy to reach and contact the office, fast turn around times, and quick to answer questions I have. All spaces I've toured were clean and met my expectations. Nelly made the entire process very easy from start to finish. I recommend!!
This is probably the best experience I've had with renting/property management to date. Nelly is super responsive and hands on when it comes to issues that arise on the property, even when it comes to things like late night apartment lockouts. The move in experience was seamless and it really feels like she cares about your experience as opposed to just the company's bottom line. Couldn't be more grateful to her commitment to the tenants!
Living on Linden St. has been one of my favorite experiences ever. 2B Living Management are hired professionals! And, not the stuck up type of professionals...no, no, no...I mean it the way you describe a profesional athlete...they are profesional people people! It's been a while since I've wrote a review about a company whether is a food industry or a place to explore. But there is something I have to say about this place. I've been a resident for a while and our property manager Nelly has been great to work with. We just had some issues in our unit and she was quick to act and very friendly, communicative, and very cooperative. I appreciate the help
