I would like to update my review and how my experience with working with someone new from this company went and how it has changed our whole experience with the leasing process. Lindzi the leasing manager had reached out to us yesterday to assist with our applicants since the previous person couldn't be reached. I viewed an apartment upstairs, and then attempted to view the downstairs apartment, but the lock was messed up so we couldn't get in. Before applying for the apartment I was told it looked the same, but the downstairs unit just had a bathtub. When doing a walkthrough of my new apartment, it was not the same as the upstairs unit. It has been a delight working with Nelly at 2B Living. She was extremely efficient, communicative and such a joy to work with, and really made my move less stressful, easier and hassle-free. She's also been very responsive to various requests and made the move-in process as smooth as possible. One of the best realtors/property managers I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Nelly at 2B Living has been the best property manager over the past couple years. When moving in, she was warm and very quick to respond. Services requests were scheduled and taken care of usually within 24 hours (unless special parts needed to be ordered). Nelly was easy to get into contact with and helped resolve any issues we had while living at the property. I've been at my commercial unit for a little over a year now, and my property manager, Nelly, has been amazing to work with! I've had a couple of random issues throughout the year, and Nelly has been fast to respond, helpful and always SO nice!! I always accidentally catch her on off times, but she always answers and never makes me feel like I'm annoying her. Great experience so far. Thank you, Nelly!! :)

Lindzee assisted me with a tour at Arthaus Six, a gorgeous new construction with stylish modern furnishings, logical floor plans, and generous amenities catering to every tenants needs. She was so helpful, resourceful, really sought to understand my needs then tailored options that best suited me.
