If we're on site in one of the buildings she looks over and there is anything we might need she's just a call away. Very helpful and friendly. Overall great attitude all around with them.

Great doing business 2BLiging. Our company has been working on unit renovations for over a year now. Nelly who has been our primary contact provided best service ever. Nelly always takes care of arranging unit access, scope approval and payment process and always sends updates about any changes. And most importantly, payments are processed in a very timely fashion. we moved in a few months ago to an apartment that had a lot of issues with the newly replaced appliances. dan the handyman (or mechanic, or whatever i'm not sure what his job title is) is so responsive and has gone out of his way multiple times to find solutions for our dryer that just doesn't want to run. we had another issue over the weekend and he was able to fix it quickly and always keeps us in the loop on the cause of the issue. it's comforting to know that when our stuff breaks down dan will be communicative and fix i... read more

I rented from 2B Living for 3 years in Berkeley. I loved the online system that made paying for rent and putting in a maintenance request super easy. My building manager, Dave Aguirre was the best! He was super kind and attentive to any issues on site. Highly recommend 2B Living and highly recommend Dave!

Been living with 2B Living for the last ~9 months and have nothing but great things to say. The apartment is in great shape, utilities/appliances are always working, and Dave has been super helpful going out of his way helping me when Ive locked myself out (twice now!) as well as ensuring the property is safe and taken care of. Cant say enough good things about the property. Great value for what I pay!
