Very attractive sinks, but I've had 3 customer return their sinks because of the frustration they have while installing them. If it is a NEW sink & counter install, no problem, as an after-market install into an existing counter top; forget it. As an installer, I never recommend your sinks with the "Slotted rail" system to an existing counter. The engineer who designed the hold-down clips obviously never tried to install them. Nice light, terrible customer service. Basically was told yes, the instructions don’t tell you much on how to adjust the wiring on the pendent ring light, but if you damaged the cable trying to get it through the collar, the light is now damaged and we can’t help you. Guy says I should have called CS if I couldn’t get it through without damaging the plastic covering over the cables. Well, it got damaged when I tried or I wouldn’t have had to call. I guess they don’t care about their customers. Ex customer in this case
We bought an Artika fixture from Wayfair. Two years in, well within the warranty, it failed. When I contacted Artika,, they denied that the unit was manufactured by them. I confirmed with Wayfair that it was indeed manufactured by them. When I re-contacted them, they insisted that I provide proof, by way of a receipt or a instruction booklet. Luckily I had both. The lights are beautiful and easy to install, but don't last! We had ours for 2 years only and the light stopped working... of course the warranty is only 1 year! Unfortunately, the bulbs cannot be changed and the whole light fixture gets sent to the landfill. How is this environmentally "friendly"? Their customer service agent told me there is no other option than throwing it out and buying a new one.

I received my order and saw some scratches on the pendant light. Also, didn’t like the quality of it. I called them the next day to return. They said I have to wait for the return label for 3-5 business days to receive it in an e mail. I said that I’m leaving the country in 2 days and asked if they would speed the process of creating return label. They say there is no way and I have to wait as their policy says 3-5 business days. Why they cannot create a return label in 2 days? Why they cannot help me to return these items? ... read more

The warehouse is the one who generates these as we need customs documents and we do not prepare those in customer service. We do offer fully prepaid labels but there is a few days to wait as the warehouse has many tasks to attend to. We purchased a ceiling light with a remote control for color, dimming and switching. It all works, except you can’t turn off the night light via the remote control. It seems to be a common problem. Very disappointing for the price.

Hello, we are sorry to hear this but Costco Mexico is supposed to assist you with this as we do not have what you need here in Canada at this time. As explained we do not carry every single part that goes into this light to build it, it is manufactured & assembled at the plant. This is why we asked you to return to where you bought it for an exchange and we would honor the warranty through them. So we did give you a viable option to assist you with this issue.

Bought several of these lights, and 3 of them stopped working right after the warranty period ended. Would not recommend. (LED sconce light)
