I have had an open claim for months with ARW. They are very slow and so hard to get ahold of. When I signed up for this I had asked for full coverage on my plan. Come to find out that isnt what Ive been paying for and now they wont pay to replace my unit, nor can I cancel without having to pay them almost 1k. I understand I messed up not verifying the information on my end. However, I think its screwed up to take advantage of someones trust.
