I updated my payment information, however, there was an issue that stated my payment had not been processed. I called in and ***** promptly answered my call (no long hold time). She was polite and professional! She was able to troubleshoot my issue and had it resolved in no time. I appreciated her high level of customer service and look forward to continuing my service with ARW!

***** did her job was quick to almost delete my account because I told her I had paid and it didn't pop up on her end immediately but besides that she did what was needed
