This is the worst warranty company ever. Used them once & they said they couldn't fix my washer. They gave me $ 300. This time I called for a clogged sink & was told someone would get back to me in ***** hours. Meanwhile I can't use my water because the sink won't drain and I will have a flood. ARW took my $100 service fee and email saying they was unable to find a services for the Pluming Stoppage repair. Requested that i find a service and they would reimburse me. I found a service and the repairs was done. However, ARW denied the claim.

I left Achosa Home Warranty just to try something different. I was lied to by the sales person from ARW about how much my service fee was. Trying to get someone on the phone is horrendous!!!! I will be going back to ****** where I had zero issues and had the best customer service.

I would not refer American Residential Warranty to my worst enemy. After having them for 8 years. I called them about a water leak 2 years after I was upsold on the additional coverage. They denied my claim even though my policy specifically said it was covered. I have ****** ********now. And its like night and day. They replaced my refrigerator and AC unit with no problem. Take it from me. Dont waste your money with American Residential Warranty because you will regret it
