I think I wasted my money on this company. I have been a customer since Nov 22. So far I have heard nothing from this company but lies. I requested a Declaration page for my mortgage company and have not received it yet. Now my mortgage company is buying a warranty, that might cost me more, which I will have to pay for. just because I can't get a dec page. Except for setting up auto pay and an inquiry about warranty on a washer (It cost an additional $10.00 a month) I have heard nothing. Looks like I have to look further.

The only time I heard from this company was to get a reminder about my payment. I filed a claim that was never responded to. I spent endless hours trying to get someone to assist or to even respond to my calls. They never sent confirmation emails after calls concerning a service request. I spent 2 hours and 45 minutes on the phone, most of which was spent on hold - only to be told that if I have a complaint, that its been recorded and to calm back in two days for the results. What results? I wanted to voice my concerns about my experience and was told that it was already submitted. Why wasnt I able to file the complaint on my own? I switched from American Home Shield to American (AHS) Residential Warranty (ARW) in August 2022 because AHS kept increasing their prices for both the contract and service calls over the 12 years I was with them and we had an issue with the ** last summer that took AHS a month to get a contactor to the house to fix. I was dispatched to help a customer by **********************, fixed it and now ARW is refusing to pay me under the agreed upon terms, I am a small business owner and got totally robbed by ARW, if their homeowners needs a home service repair, he will pay lots for it now ....be weary of ARW, they are fraudulent

DO NOT BUY FROM AMERICAN RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY.THEY ARE BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY WITH THE WORST SERVICE. THEY SCAMMED ME, CHARGED ME FOR ELECTRONICS COVERAGE, AND NEVER PROVIDED ANY SERVICE, WHEN I TRIED CALLING, AFTER CHARGING MY CARD FOR THE **** AND SERVICE CALL, THEY NEVER FULFILLED THE CLAIM, THEY THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER, AND MY IPN NUMBER FROM GOING THROUGH. HOW ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH ALL THIS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LIES? THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID AND BUY THEIR HOME WARRANTY

Worse company I've ever had experience with. Called for service on my refrigerator on 11/1/22 still no service. On 12/27/22 received email about 2 options, (l) a buyout of $215 or (2) have another servicer to diagnose and repair unit. I opted for another servicer. on 12/29/22 received email stating not enough monies remaining on my contract to send out a technician. How can that be when I have not had any service. *************** American Residential Warranty(ARW) is the worst **************** I ever experienced. I had them for two years, I paid every month a total of over $2700.00. I only had two request, one was taken care of, the other was not paid by ARW back in July 2020. I received a call Sept 2022 that ARW never paid the contractor. After several attempts, I paid the $381.00 to the collection agency to avoid problems with my credit. ARW has not replied to any of my request or the Contractors request. Unbelievable ************** Never experienced anything like this. Going on 3 weeks with no refrigerator..Why would a company sell a home warranty policy in an area where they have ZERO technicians? The sales pitch was all lies. This company is a complete failure.. Buyer beware. ARW is a ******** COMPANY That takes your money and provides NO SERVICE..CSR's are useless. Looking into filling a suite against them.
