I would not recommend. This company lacks professionalism, they saved my debit card information without authorization and drafted my account without sending me a invoice via email or by mail. I logged onto the customer portal and was unable to remove my debit card information. I contacted them on a Saturday and spoke with ***** and was told that no managers work on the weekends companywide and that I would have to call back on Monday. This company is a ***** warranty company. They fail to notify the customer that you have to pay the service fee upfront is the first compliant. The second complaint is after taking off a day of work for a repair company to come out and what we thought was to repair our broken toilet found out that he was just here to look at the toilet and now have to submit the request for approval. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with I have been on the phone since twelve today July 14, 2021 I have called 12 times and have been put on hold four times for over a hour in a half trying to resolve a situation I have asked for the manger each time and every time they transfer me no one come to the phone I'm on hold for a long time I don't understand they can take your money but not come and fix what you need to fix

Placed claim for dishwasher. Repair technician came out right away but follow up for part took forever. When I inquired the local service provider they said AIG had not got back to them for approval. I called ARW and after a frustrating runaround of over 30 min on phone I finally got someone who could approve the part/repair. Dishwasher then needed a second part and the process repeated. ARW did not pay a claim for my hot water heater. The required document was sent. I called numerous times only to be placed on hold for about 30 minutes, transferred to several different people and then to have someone to say "I am emailing claims and it will take 1-2 business days for them to respond. Worst Home Warranty company on the market. Take forever (60-90 minutes) to answer the phone for claims, difficult to get to any other person or department, take deductible for service, but have not provided service once. Sometimes deny claim on the phone without even going out. Unreasonable requirements before they will go out, if they even do. Then the repair person is totally unqualified. I can't see why this home warranty has such good reviews. I did my research before settling with this company but when it came time to get something repaired their service sucked to say the least. Placing a claim will take 2-3 days, regardless if it's an emergency. Trying to get a hold of customers service is such a pain, if you don't call right at the beginning of business, you could be waiting for an hour to speak with someone. This company is a ****. Don't know why and how they are in the Business. Begin just with a phone call first it takes forever to get through and they don't have a way that you could make a service request online.. once you get through then it seems like that there operation is from mountains of Utah with really bad connection, not to mention that operator is constantly apologizing for a bad connection.
