Been waiting over 6 mos. for my Payment, since May 6th 2021, after replacing my Furnace and AC system. I have called more than 100 times. Left on hold for many hours. Promised the check is in the mail. Policy has a $600 limit, they told me I must replace with new system before they would pay. I sent the copy of Receipt for the install of New equipment. Then I told them to Cancel the entire Policy in August because I could not get my Insurance claim Payment. I canceled By phone, By US mail, and by Email. Now they are trying t... read more

I attempted to file a claim for my broken refrigerator today 11/5/21 with American Residential Warranty (AIG Warranty Guard,LLC) for which my warranty period just started on 11/5/21. I had waited the entire duration of the 30 day waiting period to file this claim. My refrigerator had broken down 2 weeks into the waiting period so I had to wait another 2 weeks for the claim period to begin. I wouldn't even give them one star...but I have to select one here. They charged us $681.00 for a home warranty which covered many items in our home including our Appliances, pipes, ceiling fans, garbage disposal and our Furnace and Air Conditioner. Then when our furnace has a medium size repair no furnace or air conditioner in our area wants to work with them as they don't reimburse them for furnace or air conditioning work provided. If I could give zero stars I would. ARW has claimed to have sent invoices which they never did. They changed billing addresses this year and apparently do not coordinate between Cincinnati, OH and Boca Raton, FL. They called and harassed me for not paying a premium which in fact I had. Only when I sent them a copy of my check they had cashed would they believe me. Now I am getting calls and emails from them again this quarter threatening to cancel my policy for non payment of premium. They emailed me the premium notice that ... read more

Every since June, 2021, A repair man has been coming out here to fix one thing after another with my dryer the Repair Man was just out here 2 weeks ago and order more parts, The guy that came today said he is going to recommended to get another dryer because the previous Technician order the wrong parts. This will be the 6 times them trying to fixed this dryer, also been asking for an Electrician for my outlets in my house since July 2021. Total inefficiency. Paid $350 for 5 months coverage. $55.00 service fee for a backed up toilet. Told 48 hours before I would hear from a provider. Talked with supervisor. I said what if this was the only toilet I had. I would have to go to a motel and pay for a two night stay. I am canceling this service, but the BBB needs to address this ****. I asked for my $55.00 to be reimbursed. I was told if I called a different company ARW would reimburse me. The supervisor told me I would have to keep the claim open for that to happe... read more

I have a American Residential Warranty agreement an a second home and paid for service to repair my washer. The service person was unable to remove a folding door and by the time I was back at the house and was able to remove the door and reschedule a visit to complete the service it had already been 90 days and American Residential Warranty closed the claim and refused to reopen it and refused to allow me to speak with a manager. This warranty has not been useful to me.

I purchased the Ultimate Home Electronics Plan from American Residential Warranty. Before I purchased the plan I asked them if they cover OLED's because I have 3 of them. They said it the Ultimate Plan. I the asked what about a burnt image's. I have friends that left there TV on and it all our fears that that happens to us. they tell you all the many things it cover and how it the ULTIMATE PLAN. This company American Residential Warranty in Boca Raton, FL is by far, the most dishonest, unethical.. borderline evil that I've ever experienced in my life of 65 years!
