If I could give zero stars I would! This company is a complete scam and fraudulent to say the least. They will gladly take money from you but that's it! I made a claim on my dishwasher and leaking sink, paid the service fee upfront and when they came out for my dishwasher the guy/ kid told me that it could not be fixed and I would need a new one. The next day a guy for my sink came out who informed me that he could not fix the faucet and that to would need replacing, after many phone calls and getting the run around about bo... read more

I feel so regretful to purchase a plan for myself and families. I realized that they won't pay much after an appliance broke saying they won't pay for a replacement (I am still unsure what they meant as this is the reason I bought a home insurance and if they won't pay, why i need to buy a home warranty). Getting a fraction of the cost replacement to pay out from them is just a head-ache as I had to call in many times. I have not got anything back after over a month. Absolutely disgusting human beings. They call my number multiple times a day and when I finally answered to tell them they have the wrong number the woman on the line cussed me out telling me I'm a mean angry human being. I just wanted the harassing nonstop phone calls to stop. I am an extremely busy person who uses my phone for work and field a lot of important phone calls a day. Be smart and save yourself heartache and stress and stay away from these people. They are eager to take your money but when it comes to getting things done they will not help you. You will have to call several times and get passed around from one idiot to another. I purchased the policy on March and the first service call was in October 23rd. I have a problem with my oven which fills up with gas and does not ignite properly. It took someone to come out over 3 weeks but ARW charged me the day I called in the problem. When the... read more

We saw commercials stating same day service thought that would be a great idea to protect our home so we called and the sales guy again told us that we can get same day service and helped set up our 3 in 1 bundle deal after paying for months we needed to make a claim only to find out that is only 1 of our furnaces is covered and it will be 2-3 days before a dispatcher will call to even set up an appointment to get it fixed that's great when it's 33 degrees and snowing today when I asked about the other coverages the bundle i... read more

Been waiting over 6 mos. for my Payment, since May 6th 2021, after replacing my Furnace and AC system. I have called more than 100 times. Left on hold for many hours. Promised the check is in the mail. Policy has a $600 limit, they told me I must replace with new system before they would pay. I sent the copy of Receipt for the install of New equipment. Then I told them to Cancel the entire Policy in August because I could not get my Insurance claim Payment. I canceled By phone, By US mail, and by Email. Now they are trying t... read more

I attempted to file a claim for my broken refrigerator today 11/5/21 with American Residential Warranty (AIG Warranty Guard,LLC) for which my warranty period just started on 11/5/21. I had waited the entire duration of the 30 day waiting period to file this claim. My refrigerator had broken down 2 weeks into the waiting period so I had to wait another 2 weeks for the claim period to begin. I wouldn't even give them one star...but I have to select one here. They charged us $681.00 for a home warranty which covered many items in our home including our Appliances, pipes, ceiling fans, garbage disposal and our Furnace and Air Conditioner. Then when our furnace has a medium size repair no furnace or air conditioner in our area wants to work with them as they don't reimburse them for furnace or air conditioning work provided.
