They changed billing addresses this year and apparently do not coordinate between Cincinnati, OH and Boca Raton, FL. They called and harassed me for not paying a premium which in fact I had. Only when I sent them a copy of my check they had cashed would they believe me. Every since June, 2021, A repair man has been coming out here to fix one thing after another with my dryer the Repair Man was just out here 2 weeks ago and order more parts, The guy that came today said he is going to recommended to get another dryer because the previous Technician order the wrong parts. Total inefficiency. Paid $350 for 5 months coverage. $55.00 service fee for a backed up toilet. Told 48 hours before I would hear from a provider. Talked with supervisor. I said what if this was the only toilet I had. I would have to go to a motel and pay for a two night stay. I am canceling this service, but the BBB needs to address this ****. I have a American Residential Warranty agreement an a second home and paid for service to repair my washer. The service person was unable to remove a folding door and by the time I was back at the house and was able to remove the door and reschedule a visit to complete the service it had already been 90 days and American Residential Warranty closed the claim and refused to reopen it and refused to allow me to speak with a manager. This warranty has not been useful to me.

I purchased the Ultimate Home Electronics Plan from American Residential Warranty. Before I purchased the plan I asked them if they cover OLED's because I have 3 of them. They said it the Ultimate Plan. I the asked what about a burnt image's. I have friends that left there TV on and it all our fears that that happens to us. they tell you all the many things it cover and how it the ULTIMATE PLAN. This is the worse warranty business out there. We are senior citizens and have had home warranties on each home we have purchased. This one should be avoided at all costs. They talk a big and good game. Taught well how to lure you in with promises they have no plans to keep. Very bad company! Stay away! Promises a lot, and pays nothing! When customer not happy with the company's service and stopped the monthly payments, their phone terror never ends! They climb into your pocket, but they themselves do not want to pay if something unforeseen has happened with household appliances.

This is the second complaint I'm filing. The first one covered the lack of service. ARW took my initial required payment when making a claim and then never followed up to provide the service. While trying to rectify it I was placed on hold for hours, hung up on, lied to and put through such an ordeal to where I filed a BBB report to get my money back.
