What You’ll Do


Are you a recent graduate ready to launch your career in tech sales? At Birdeye, we’re looking for driven, curious, and energetic individuals to join our team as Business Development Representatives. No prior tech sales experience? No problem! If you’re a great communicator, love connecting with people, and want to grow fast, we’ll give you the training and tools you need to succeed on-site with our Dallas-based sales team.

As a Business Development Representative at Birdeye, you’ll be at the front of our sales process, reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and setting up valuable meetings for our Account Executives. You’ll play a critical role in helping businesses discover how Birdeye can help them grow through better customer experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Make a great first impression with potential clients.
  • Reach out to businesses through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
  • Learn to clearly explain Birdeye’s value in solving customer problems.
  • Collaborate with experienced salespeople and learn how deals are closed.
  • Use tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach to manage leads
  • Track your outreach and growth metrics with support and coaching from your team.
  • Meet all key performance metrics and goals on a weekly and monthly basis

requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience — all majors welcome!
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Coachable, curious, and not afraid to pick up the phone or ask questions.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn new tech tools.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to bounce back from challenges.
  • Willing to come into our Dallas office for our hybrid work schedule
