The transporter that they used ended up damaging my vehicle, they broke my turn signal switch which not requires removing the steering wheel and replacing the switch as well as chipping the paint on the door when they open the door, very careless.

It took Montway upto 3 weeks to ship down our vehicle from Virginia to Florida and when it arrived, we noticed scratches, signs of where their accessories ran through the top of the car. They asked that we research on the cost of repairs and when we did and shared, they changed their minds about it. I will never use Montway, neither will I recommend them for any business

Picked up my C63 on time, but returned it with paint damage from what looks like a chain hit it. damaged the rear window, also. Could make a claim, but will likely end up on CARFAX as damage. Not great

Charged my credit card; sent multiple emails/communications that pickup would be TODAY - noone showed up and the cutomer service reps cannot give me any other info other than someone will contact you tomorrow. Are you ok getting charge a LOT of money (more than other companies charge) and staying home/missing work and getting the run around? Well, then give your money to Montway.

Montway as a company has been great to work with but their contracted drivers, not so much. I?ve used Montway to ship 2 cars from Minnesota to California and most recently for my mother from Minnesota to Florida. Two days before my mother arrived to FL, I received a call from the driver saying he got to FL early and that he would be delivering her car the following morning. I explained that my mother was still traveling and asked him to delay delivery 1 day. The driver refused my request and yelled at me for wasting his time... read more

Took 2 weeks to get my vehicle from Oregon to Virginia. I could have driven it back and fourth twice in this amount of time. Driver was 4 days late because their truck broke down. Customer service was awful. Transportation company customer service was rude and condescending (though the driver was super nice). I paid $2000 and they gave me an $80 credit back for it being late, when it cost me about $300 to do transportation services because it was late.
