After conducting several hours of research, all reviews and the final decision for an enclosed transport pointed to Montway. From start to delivery of my classic car, I was both pleased and impressed with every single interaction with Montway professionals. The delivery driver was extremely kind and professional too. I recommend Montway without reservation and my highest compliment, is that, if I ever need to transport another vehicle, Montway is the only option for me. Thank you for amazing customer service!

First time I ever have had to deal with such a shipment, and we were dealing with a family heirloom going back nearly 70 years. Montway was not only professional, but empathetic with us "firs timers" - The process was simple and pricing more than reasonable! My family and I are very grateful for this exemplary safe and secure service!

Damage to my car they refused to cover. It wasn?t damaged when they picked it up

Their customer service will not get back to you after you pay the fee. Additionally, they lied about the fee. Their share of the charged fee is about 40 to 45%. I will never use their service again.

The company Montway I guess has nothing to do with the driver. But my car was delivered back to me with a cracked windshield and a dent and scratch on the hood. I got tired of going round and round with the driver I just let it go. He talking to his manager who basically told me to contact my insurance. Choose wisely people

I made arrangements to ship my car from Rhode Island to Florida and they wanted to know when the vehicle will be available so they could work out a price. Available meant a reasonable time after that date… And after that date I was to contact them to give them the exact date or at least this was the impression that was given. So I called them by that date when my exact schedule was affirmed to tell him the exact date that I wished my car picked up. Horrible driver damaged my front and back bumper. If I would have known they contract careless drivers, and NEVER hold themselves accountable for picking these drivers, I never would have paid $1749. Now both bumpers have to be replaced because the carrier destroyed both bumpers

Bait and switch pricing, changed price by over $200. No one mentioned non refundable fee when i placed the original order that i later on had to cancel.

Horrible. Lost my car For 4 days with no communication from the driver. Driver would not call back or answer phone. Came close to reporting it stolen. Called customer service 8 times with a promise of a status update. Not once was I called back. When you leave your number for a call back due to high volumes of calls, it would ring back once, hang up and then you get message saying sorry we missed your call. Someone is messing with the rating numbers because I?m positive they should be closer to a 1 star
