Get directionsI can 't believe this location has a 5 star rating!! I have yet to be seen at this location and was treated horribly by one of the phone staff. She was extremely short and curt with me. She would speak when I was speaking and cut me off several times. Unfortunately, my physician's group migrated to this practice and I am afraid I will loose my physician of over 35 years due to the rudeness of the new practice staff!

This is my second time putting this review up. It looks like the company deleted my review and any other negative review. I would give them a zero if possible. They consistently make you go back 2-3 times for simple conditions if you want any kind of treatment. We were even told during one visit that if you don't feel better in a few days call back and we will send antibiotics into the pharmacy. I love the Holly Springs location. The Apex location however lacks. They are great with service but not when it comes to charging. I’ve been over charged twice. They made me pay a $45 copay when my insurance states I don’t have one only if it’s out of network, that cost is $30. They couldn’t explain why I was being charged $45. This is the second time they’ve charged me a fee that is not required. They are over charging and expecting people not to notice.

Stay away from this facility. If you need anything beyond an annual wellness visit you should probably better see another doctor. We had a bad experience. If you are on a medication and forgot to ask for a refill during the appointment, they will ask you to schedule another appointment for it. This is not the case with other doctors.

My primary physician just moved from Crescent Family Care to Avance last week. Avance support people sucks. They pass you around from one person to the next and don't return calls. I went from a neighborhood family care to a corporation. I have enjoyed the relation that I have with primary physician for years but Avance office in Cary sucks.

I called into the office to obtain my medical records for a life insurance application. The company to which I applied advised me this was the only office to have not responded after several fax requests (mind you, I was only seen once back in 2023 after transitioning from Novant Health - who sent my records promptly). Called to ask about the prescription and health issue, but did not call back for few days. Called again and they told me they never received a message and the person on the other line will pass on the message. They did call back, but seemed they don’t really care.
