Order early so you have on hand. Azova really kept me in the loop. Received emails when sample arrived at lab. I had no problems doing the test. It all just takes time!
I completed the video observation on Friday morning and had my results by Saturday afternoon. I was very pleased that my results came back so quickly.
They did a great job. Very easy to get a hold of and ask questions.

Just wanted to leave a positive review since there hasn’t been any recent reviews lately.. We had a group of 4 traveling to Hawaii & we all purchased kits separately. After reading the recommendations we ordered our kits a few weeks ahead of time. Kits were ordered on Monday afternoon and arrived on Wednesday at 7pm. Quick test delivery, easy to sign up for an appt, kind and knowledgeable test observers, quick results turn around with needed electronic paperwork, easy to access results
I'm an not know for my technical capabilities, but I was able to understand all instructions and the process went very smoothly. I even had to change the time of my original appointment but was able to that with no problems either
Confusing systems/processes between Costco, Hawaii, and Azova. Costco handled their part fairly well; Azova web processes are very confusing and I'm very computer literate and a world-wide traveler; without luck one may not notice the additional requirements by the State of Hawaii to use an additional app and submit additional information. This process could be overwhelming to many; that's not really Costco's fault, but do not think it is easy just because Costco is involved.
Received on time; however, travel rules changed and we no longer needed to be tested
