Easy saliva test and quick response. Online observation appointment person was friendly and helpful.
The (somewhat convoluted) process is explained very well, and the tests were ready in a few hours from the time they received the samples.
Super easy and convenient
I bought 4 kits for travel to Hawaii in March. I spoke with someone at the lab before I bought the test to ask when I should take the test for my travel departure on a Monday. They explained that I needed to test on Monday and fly out Thursday so I changed my plans but that was okay. I received the kits right away after I signed up for lab orders. Arrived promptly. Easy to use. Needed to get overnight to lab through UPS...timing for Hawaii was difficult, but the live customer Service people at AZOVA were great in expediting it.
Very easy process and the results were back in less than 48 hrs. Would do this every time.
