The test worked out great. The online observation was also very nice and simple. My only criticism would be that the Azova website is somewhat cumbersome to navigate.
Give yourself plenty of time for doing the test and filling out the safe travel to Hawaii if Hawaii is your destination.

Costco sells these Azova Covid tests that are approved for traveling to Hawaii. The whole process was admittedly daunting, but if you take the time to understand the process, it's doable. I ordered our 5 Covid tests through Costco well ahead of our trip. Then scheduled our appointment according to the graph with our departure day (appointment with Azova, when you actually take the test while on computer video, can't be more than 72 hours from the final departure flight time to Hawaii). great process and experience. I was a little nervous at first because I needed it to get my flight but it worked out great.
Flawless for our family trip (including 2 elementary kids) to Hawaii. We booked observation early (2 weeks out). Received SEVERAL reminders via text and email. They let us do all appointments together even though I booked 4 separately (I would still recommend booking 4 just in case). We mailed back in 4 separate boxes (other reviews sent back several samples in one box although the tech on the call said just to send separately). Easy to use
We traveled to Kauai just after they joined the Safe Travels program. We did the test on a Tuesday, overnighted the boxes on Tuesday afternoon. We received a message on Wednesday morning that Azova had received our samples, and our results were in by 8 pm on Wednesday. We flew here on Thursday, and the folks at the airport in Hawaii said, "No problem. Azova is approved." Just make sure you copy the page that says Costco Azova, not the one that gives the name of the lab, P23. That lab wasn't on their preapproved list.
