Convenient, but can take up to 3 days to get results
This test was fast and efficient and we didn't have to leave our home with the video verification approach. We mailed off the test packages and got results within 24 hours. This allowed us the results window we needed for a trip to Hawaii which requires a full-blown lab test result to avoid quarantine.
We received our test kits the next day after ordering. Return service and results were just as fast. The people doing the observation of testing had the patience of a saint. Would do again.
The test itself was easy. Be aware that it has to be mailed to the lab which for us was across the country. It was delayed by UPS so we had to change our flight to Maui in order to get the test results within 72hrs of leaving. No fault of Azova. The people viewing the test were awesome. They went above and beyond trying to get our test results back to us.
It was a good option for travel, but since they operate on the east coast the last appointment was at 3pm but if your flight is after 3 you have to wait until the next day. So it was stressful having one less day to get results. Also UPS in my area doesn’t have airmail on Saturday so I had to change my flight to be able to send in my sample in on a day with an airmail option.
Received the test package within a couple of days and was able to immediately set up an appointment to take the test. Took the at-home test at the appointed time, immediately took the package to a UPS store and it went out to the lab that night. Lab received it at around noon the next day and I had my results on my phone at 12:30am that night. Total process from test to results was 34 1/2 hours.

Easy to use fast results
Although the process overall is tedious, Azova and Costco didn’t disappoint! We entered Hawaii without a problem! Will do again for future travel!!
