Excellent process!
Everything was completed timely, which was our main concern. Only minor inconvenience was that no one showed up for my husband's online observation appointment, but he was able to join mine, which was scheduled for 20 minutes after his.
This was my second Azova experience and both were easy.
This test works well and can be done quick enough (72 hours before departure) to use for international travel purposes.
Everything was very smooth after we figured it all out.
We had a really great experience with this testing process. The only difficult part was ups had a delay of two of our tests, but Azova and the p23 labs were great at responding to us and getting the results in time.
I bought this test to travel to Hawaii. In the end I had no problems with the State of Hawaii with my negative test results. The people who I dealt with at Azova were helpful. Just a few tips. You need to test 72 hours before you leave and not a minute earlier. My flight was scheduled to leave at 9:05 am so I could not test at 9:00 am making it 72 hours and 5 minutes. Timing was as promised. Need to follow instructions very carefully. Verify your profile as it sets a time zone which is used to publish the time the test was taken, but doesn’t print the time zone on the observation certificate. Lots of anxiety over this as 72 hours is a critical timeline.
