Mandatory testing for travel to Hawaii, is a pain. The process with the Costco kit was smooth enough. We did the test on Thursday afternoon, made sure to get it to UPS in time to send it out that day. Once it leaves your hands it's a bit nerve racking but we tracked it to Atlanta. The test kit arrived in Atlanta the next day and we had our test results late Friday night. All worked for us. We live in a Rural area so the approved providers were a min 7 hour roundtrip by car. Just completed testing for Hawaii travel, the whole process was fantastic. Test was done via video , great feedback and instruction. Fantastic communication the complete time from tracing to arrival of kit to results . Even has a minor issue at midnight and opened a chat and got resolved in just a minute or two. Highly recommend
Very easy to do and in the comfort of your own home. There is no need to put anything up your nose, you just spit into a tube. I did have trouble getting the kit mailed me, because they email you an order confirmation with a code and they had my husbands email. So I didn’t receive the code needed when signing up to have the test shipped to me. It all worked out and again the test was easy to do
We almost missed our flight to HI but not because of Azova. I read all the previous reviews, registered the kits during the video call, checked and double checked the 72-hour window (especially when our flight changed) and still was a nervous wreck. Ordering the kit, setting the appointment and getting on a call was a cinch. Important to note that the lab is in Savannah, GA.
