There are several mediocre reviews on here (which I also read prior to purchase) but the common thread is that the poor reviews were from folks who never read the fine print. So long as you do as instructed and mind the warning about turnaround times in order to have results within 72 hour travel window, you won’t have a problem. We flew to Hawaii on a Saturday at 8a PST. We tested Wednesday morning between 8 and 9am. Sent out tests vis UPS next day air that same day. We had our results by 7p Thursday’s piece of cake!!
This was so easy to do.I didn't do the video just read the instructions.Mailed on the Friday from Wa early so UPS driver picked up to get on flight to Georgia to lab.I got confirmation it had arrives Sat and had my results back Saturday evening.You have to be tech savy nowadays using computer or smart phones so was a bit confusing.I had to create numerous accounts for different family members on Azova with coupon from costcos all paid online.Spit into tube mail off that day. Reasonably easy & efficient to use. Timely results. Not recommended for outbound travel on Tues/Weds to Hawai'i.

The kit is purchased through Costco and supplied by Azova. Takes 24 to 48 hours to arrive. Normally 24, ours had a weather delay so it was 48 hrs.
