It is a bit confusing to set up and use. But the customer service agents are super friendly and helpful and the communication is great! And the doing the observed tests was quick and easy. It’s just the set up that’s hard. The results were also super fast! We shipped the kits at 5pm, the kits were received at 8:30am the next morning, and by 7:30pm the same day we had results and the documents we needed to travel!
As long as you follow all the many instructions involved, this will go smoothly. We had zero problems. We used it to go to Maui. Our flight was on Sunday morning and we got our results Fri night, so I could breathe easy!

When making an appointment for my video observation, there were no appointment times available near my zip code in California. However, I tried several other states and Colorado had many openings. So I booked an appointment for Colorado. I just had to note that Colorado is an hour ahead of California. Otherwise, Azova provided excellent service, the observers were extremely helpful, the Lab provided the results swiftly and they also provided results in Pdf format.
