The whole process was worth it! There are quite a few steps but as long as you read the details you’ll be fine. It was overall straightforward. We used to fly to hawaii and it was seamless upload and getting docs from their gov site.
We worried about everything coming back to us on time, but it worked perfectly. And the technician/dr. Who dod the online test with us was super nice and helpful.
Follow the directions and it’s easy peasy. We used these for before our flight to Hawaii. Worked great.
The test came with instructions that were clear written and easy to follow. Azova Customer Service has been excellent.
Easy to use and they responded quickly with results. I was concerned because we live in CA and the lab was in GA, but we had our results within 48 hours. It was very easy to upload to the Hawaii Safe Travels website. Costco/AZOVA's test was less expensive than anything else we could find.
Great company to go through! Tested and received my results less than 48 hours from when I took the test. I had a hard time getting on the video for the test, but they called me back within 2 mins.
The procedure was easy is you read the instructions carefully. We received our results in 18 hours after shipping overnight. Remember to not send the sample over a weekend.
I was so worried about getting our specimens to the lab on time, since the company uses UPS, who has had many delays lately. I was also worried about getting our Covid results on time, as we had to show the results prior to boarding the plane. Much to my surprise, the process went very smoothly!
