I was really nervous, but it was really easy. I had results quickly and there were no issues.
We found getting everything set up to make the appointment and making the appointment very confusing and time consuming. Once that was done, the observation test was simple. We got the results back the next day.
It worked! It flew across the country, in bad weather, arrived at the lab the next morning and results were in a full 24 hours before needed. I was happy. My apt gave me stress, because it started 15 min late, but once we connected the observer stuck with me through tech glitches and loss of audio, and we got it done. Worth the money!
