Everything went really well. Test kits arrived quickly. It was very easy to collect the sample and follow the instructor's guidance over the video. Shipping tests to the lab was very easy also, and the turn around time for results was quick. Had to wait about 15 mins past our scheduled appointment time for our video observation to start, but the whole process went really smoothly once we started.
It's a little confusing at first to register and set up the appointment, but was eventually able to do that. Since I was doing this for travel to Hawaii, the test had to be within 72 hours of the departure time of my Hawaii flight, and I had to make sure to do it in time to get to a UPS Overnite drop-off location. My journey started in Florida, but my Hawaii segment departed Seattle at 5:55 pm. The latest I could drop the test off at UPS for overnight service was 6 pm. Hawaii requires you to test negative within 72 hours from when you depart the mainland and not knowing how long the test would ACTUALLY take was stressful. HOWEVER, the Azova process was easy, with visual observation - it's a saliva and not a nasal test - and I had the results within 14 hours of when they received it. PERFECT!
