I give this this ranking mostly based on the carrier chosen for delivery. My test worked well; however, my wife's test was delayed for days by UPS and would have made us miss our long planned and paid for trip to Hawaii. UPS could have sent us another test kit in time to solve our problem or forwarded our misdirected kit,but did not. We ended up getting a local test for no charge. My kit cost $117. So, increased cost with poor service. My wife's cost was refunded.
Test had everything you need included. Very easy to administer and send to the lab for testing. The lab let you know where your test was very step of the way. I highly recommend the kit and Azova!
Very Good! I had excellent help by all calls made when needed. My results were back in perfect time. I like that I had someone to help guide me through it all 24/7
We needed this specific Covid test for a trip to Hawaii. We were able to schedule the viewing for collection easily online. We were pleasantly surprised that this was a saliva test and not a nose swab. We received our results back in about 36 hours even though they received the specimen on a Friday morning. Honestly, it couldn't have been easier.
Bought this to go to Hawaii but results weren’t on time. The test itself was easy to take, the video appointment was straight forward. Sadly our problem was UPS, the sample took over 3 days to get to the lab despite it being overnight. From the time the sample reached the lab, to getting results it was 6 hours. We will consider this test again if we reschedule our trip to Hawaii
We travelled on Sunday. You need one week of minimum planning with this kit. ordered test on Saturday ( one week planning )- Travel done in Dec - peak season -The unit is shipped to your house next day if you order it after say 2 pm. We got the unit with us on Monday. -Did the test on Thursday 4 pm. Do it has late as possible in case of flight changes. -Do all the registration and everything on Thursday for this kit. only get the appointment for thursday as soon as possible. Quick. Efficient. Easy. There was so much stress trying to travel during this pandemic but this product and they accompanying support from Azova made it stress-free. Results arrived within 24 hours.
After you get through a couple of glitches to make appointments, the testing is easy and timed perfectly! Hopefully will get to our destination with no issues
It took about an hour for the voucher to show up, but otherwise this was better than the other products I have discussed with friends and family. Some make you log in to a virtual waiting room for your test, but Azova let me schedule my appointment ahead of time. Be sure to count back and schedule your appointment within 72 hours - no longer.
