Customer service was courteous, reassuring and helped relieve the angst of the multi-step process and surprisingly, our kit arrived 12 hours after sending it off and results were done inside 24 hours of that providing us the relief we were hoping for the day prior to our flight.
Overall, it did the job but boy was it stressful. Results didn’t arrive until an hour prior to our departure of our last leg of our flight itinerary to Hawaii. This means, we had to take off fr our home airport not knowing our results and wait until our layover to get them. Despite getting the kits to UPS well before the Air cutoff time, they did not overnight the samples back to the lab as promised. Azova said this is pretty common but they can’t use a different carrier bc they’re the only ones to handle biohazard materials... read more
Easy to set up and use, and the whole process is fast and reliable! Customer service with Azova is fast and very helpful. I am very happy with the whole experience.
Used this test to meet travel requirements for return to Hawaii. I was able to schedule and take the test easily on the AZOVA website from our hotel room without having to take up a lot of our vacation time. Results came back the next day in plenty of time to get them uploaded to the Hawaii travel website. Very happy we didn't have to find a testing center.
EXCELLENT!! EXCELLENT!! The entire COSTCO/AZOVA Testing process was streamlined, easy and totally stress free. The kit was mailed to me. The website is easy to navigate and making the appointment (with the test observer) was easy. I took the test with the agent on the video call. Received the kit quickly. Easy to make the video appointment. Video test was easy. Received the results about 16 hours after they received my sample. Very happy with the whole process.
Quick and easy if you carefully follow instructions. Do not go to Azova first as I did for my husbands kit, I misunderstood the pharmacist at my local Costco. And make sure your shipping email is correct. It may not be the same as your contact email. My shipping address was outdated and I never received the QR code necessary for the COVID kit. It was a non refundable item but Costco pulled through and I eventually got a refund, 2 kits, negative results and now am on the beach in Maui!
It was nerve-raking waiting for the results to come, but they did come within time limit to get me to Hawaii.
