Very simple process, Azova team was helpful and very quick to respond to the few questions that came up.

I was very nervous about getting this back on time for my trip to Hawaii, and despite a UPS truck accident on its way, the test made it next day to Savannah from Kansas City and was processed the same day.
Pretty easy process. Make sure to upload your negative results once you get them to Travel Safe on hawaii.gov. This was something I didn't know I thought the negative result on the app would be enough. But you need to upload your results before you leave
As long as you follow the steps you are good to go. We didn't have any issues. But again you need to read thoroughly (multiple times) and follow the steps. There are a few things you have to do once you get the shipment and then things you have to do once you need to take the test. It also doesn't help that we ordered the test well in advance and then had to reread every step to make sure we were doing it correctly again once we needed to take the test and mail it in.
easy and efficient
Worked perfectly for our trip to Hawaii. Order the kit two weeks in advance and set up the observed sample acquisition. Kits came within a day and got lots of reminders about our appointments. Sent in the kit on a Thursday, delivered to the lab on Friday morning and got our results Friday evening. Uploaded the results into the State site and we were good to go. Just follow the instructions exactly and make sure you get it into UPS hands as early as you can.
We used the test for travel to Hawaii, doing the test was easy. In our case ups didn't get the tests to azova overnight, it took an extra day for them to get to the lab. Azova was great i explained when our flight was scheduled they said they would do their best to complete the tests in time for our flight. We were very pleasantly surprised to get our test results by 9:30pm on the same day azova received them. It was a little stressful but azova came through!!!
