I was nervous trusting my Hawaii trip to a by nail covid test, but the results actually came back quicker than my backup Kaiser test and were in perfect Hawaii format. Would definitely use again.
The process was fast, easy and reasonably priced.
We ordered this kit in order to travel to Hawaii, and purchased it a week before we traveled. Scheduling a video appointment was easy and they were on time for the observation. Took the test kit to UPS that same afternoon, Wednesday, and they received it on Thursday morning and the results were given to us by the afternoon. Our trip began on Saturday so there was plenty of tome to get everything done. The QR code was available from them and we presented it to the authorities on Oahu without a problem.
Very easy to use. Great communication by Azova. Video easy. Results returned same day they received it. Provided Hawaii form.
Once you receive your voucher from Costco to submit to Azova, you’ll begin to receive emails from Axova with add’l steps/info of the whole process. Tell-appt person was incredibly helpful and patient!
The service from Azova was exceptional!! Really! Needed the test for our trip to Hawaii and had to have it get turned around within 72 hours or no trip. There website is easy to navigate. The online observation that's required was near perfect and what looked like a problem was quickly resolved. We overnighted the samples on Monday and by Tuesday 6pm we had our results! What a relief. I rarely write review but this was a no-brainer. Thanks Azova and thanks Costco.
I live in Hawaii. It arrived 2 days after purchasing. I easily scheduled an observation apt. Took the tests with me on my vacation. The apt connection was easy, quick and the observer was very helpful. Took about 8 minutes to complete and the observer allowed my husband and I to test at the same time instead of him calling in separately. Dropped it off at a local UPS store.
