First off, my appointment was scheduled at 12:30 and I wasn’t contacted until 1:10 and then second my shipping label to return my test was damaged and they wouldn’t even send me a new one and weren’t able to provide the tracking number so I had to pay for it myself and it took a couple of days to get in contact with them so I don’t even think my sample was still live.
When I purchased these test I was under the impression that I would be receiving the test however all you get is a voucher. I asked for a refund and I still have not received the refund for this product when I went online it said to go into the store to receive the refund however the store could not issue me a refund. I’m very disappointed that Costco did not stand behind their product
You can’t get it in hand. You have to redeem a voucher to test. It’s a rip off.
Very surprised Costco would be involved with a product you cant return before even recieving. If I had known how difficult it was to use would never have bought it. Abbott labs has a much better product.
After the order was placed, I got an email that said, this cannot be replaced. This is a PCR test, totally unnecessary for some travel. I went to return it, not returnable. I haven't received the kit or anything. Totally unacceptable. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM THIS MERCHANT
Didn’t get the code until after and hour on hold and calls to Costco and Azova. Then the code didn’t work.
UPS ended up delaying the delivery of the sample for 2 1/2 days. So didn't get my test in time and paid $250 at the airport. Of course the small print says no refund due to shipping delays. A waste of money.
I asked for a refund of this. I pod for expedited shipping that still took 3 days. The company was 6 hours late for the mandatory call I Had scheduled well in advance. This was for a trip I had booked to Hawaii. I ended up having to drive to the airport the night before my flight and paid $250 for a rapid test there. This is an incredibly poor designed testing model.
This product is marketed as a good test for travel, but the delays in receiving it in the mail and then mailing it back after the video administering of the test make it worthless if you are trying to meet a travel deadline. By at your own risk.
