We were going to Hawaii and needed tests. We took them and sent them over 48 hours prior to flying. The labs still hasn’t gotten them by the time we got there and had to quarantine.
Test never made it back in time and sent it out Thursday and no results teill Monday, had to take another test for $165 each of our family to get home
To complicated to use and receive! To limited
I purchase this kit for my wife leaving for Maui. The kit has not arrived and the online appointment is tomorrow morning. Stressed out, so we had to set an appointment with a lab in Sacraments that is 280 miles away. Site is difficult for us to navigate. Maybe because I’m older than dirt. Please refund

the biggest hassle of your life, the customer service is horrible they hang up and you have to sit on hold for 20+ minutes all for it to happen again. And the 12-48 hour guarantee is not true, it’s been 72 hours and I still haven’t received my test and now I have to quarantine in hawaii even though i’ve already taken my test 72 hours previously. This is a joke and they take your money.
This product was absolutely worthless. We had to use as compliance for traveling purposes and no effort was made whatsoever to get results on time. Took almost a week get results. I would not recommend this product at all. A total scam.
I purchased 2 tests for a trip. After purchasing the tests, I learned Azova doesn't book proctored tests on Sundays. That's a problem if you need to fly out Monday morning as a negative COVID test is required the day before departure. I will let Alaska Airlines know this as the link for the Azova test was on their correspondence with me. I will also let Costco customer service know that this product should come with a warning or Azova should proctor tests on Sundays.
My partner and I bought this test kit from costco/azova and while talking with the monitor from AZOVA all the lights on the test device went blinking. There must be a time limit for how long the test is valid once you put the batteries in the device. It took so long for the person we talked to the processs our information that all the lights began blinking. The monitor said that the test was no longer valid and that we would have to buy another test kit to take the test. I could not get a person from customer support on the ... read more
