Don’t count on it. Completely disappointed. Took test 12/31 and got results 1/5. If I didn’t get test elsewhere we would have missed our trip to Hawaii. We ordered 2 kits in mail and only got one. No tracking. Will deal with this when I get home. Not trustworthy on crucial timing for flights.
We never received the test kit. We contacted Costco and Azova and they said they would send another that never came too. After many phone calls we were forced to pay $250 for a travel test at a local urgent care as there were no other options with the time restrictions. Very frustrated.
I bought this one on accident and the company would let me cancel. The turn around time once this gets sent to a lab is not adequate for travel purposes.
There was a Techincal issue with the website and I could not order the test in a timely manner. I ended up up purchase another test. Costco would not provide a refund even though the voucher is unused.
Very complicated and if your trip is canceled you can not return it so you are out $$$$
Tests were expired when I received them
Do not waste your money. Azova has terrible customer service. Terrible! UPS next day air sent package to wrong state and said it was the label.. Order the Vault test.
Just do it at the airport. Worst experience ever and their customer service reps aren’t even in the US. I did everything on time and did NOT get my results in time!!!! I’m about to cancel Costco if they don’t remove this item. It caused me to purchase another test!
I waited online for 20 minutes during my appointment time and no one showed up. Pretty rotten experience. Someone tried calling an hour later
