It’s very unclear exactly when you should take test 72hours before going to Hawaii. At one point we were told it would be to early and then we were told we would not get our results on time. We ended up having to change our flights because results were not back when we needed them. They should instead give you exact window to get results when you need them!!
TLDR: Lab service itself is good. Do not rely on for travel needs due to supply chain issues. The test process itself, including the video observation appointment, went really well. However, delivery to the lab relies on UPS overnight. This might be ok in normal times, but in my case UPS decided to cancel delivery time guarantees while my sample was in transit! Costco employees have little or no information, item charges you without being clear whether or not you want the item in the warehouse. I talked to someone in the pharmacy 4 times today and they did not explain the process properly. The item says it is not returnable and I am not sure if it will be here on time for trip.
Do not waste your time with this. It is an absolute joke. Terrible customer service/support. Actually total lack of support! Thanks for messing up my trip to Canada! And a complete waste of $118.00

This is a terrible service. They rescheduled me 2 different times and the proctor does not seem to understand how his own video technology works. The back and forth email and text communications are VERY confusing. I had an appt for 7:15am and apparently you don't make the appointment through Azova, which was never explained anywhere. This is the worst experience I've had with any covid testing service for travel. Don't waste your money.
The method and timing only gives you the smallest of window of time to plan around and even then too many things can go wrong with overnighted and waiting on results the day of your trip.
Very convoluted instructions. Easier to just go to a trusted travel partner testing facility for Hawaii travel. Very expensive and non-returnable item. Disappointed with Costco
I bought this test to use pre-travel. It recommended mailing the kit Monday to receive results Thursday. I did not get results until Sunday and that was only after multiple attempts to contact the company. The online service was also terrible. I would try to communicate through the app, I would wait for 45 minutes for someone to chat, and then give up. They would then "chat" when i wasn't available and close my request to get my test results because i was no longer online.
