Cancelled trip due to Hawaii Covid 19 rules. No returns on this test kit.
The process is so slow and tedious (app registration, consult, ups drop off) that it ends up being much more time, effort and stress than just going to an in person testing site.
Product/process does NOT work. You cannot take the test within the time limitations (~3-4 days), ship it back, get the results, and apply for travel authorization in the allotted time (for any location requiring prior authorization).
Don't waste your time. I tried to set it up to test 3 children and after an hour of trying I gave up. The cost savings aren't worth the pain.
If I could have picked a lower rating I would have. We tested on Saturday and didn’t get our results until Friday the following week. I couldn’t get in contact with anyone to give me any follow up. We ended up canceling our Hawaii trip which I’m glad we did or we would have been quarantined for almost week on the island. Choose a different method.
Almost didn’t get to travel to Hawaii. After I ordered the kit they emailed me that the product had shipped. Come to find out there is definitely more you have to do. A little misleading, could mess up someone’s trip!
According to their time line recommendation, I did not get my results in time for my travel.
The product itself is fine. The process with AZOVA is cumbersome, confusing and horrible. If you have another method of getting tested for travel you should use it as it will certainly be a better process than this one.
The mail in and return for travel to Hawaii is pretty horrible. 72 hours just isn’t enough with this type of kit. I had to purchase an in person on my way to get everything taken care of.
