I followed all of the directions and my test was delayed by 4 days. They blamed the ups overnight air delivery. This company processes test in Georgia. I wouldn’t use them if you’re not near Georgia. Huge fail.
Just all around a bad company to deal with. Not worth the headache.
I spent half a day trying to communicate with Azova and could not speak to a person. Could not get a test mailed. want my money back
Never received anything!!!! Terrible experience.
If you need a witnessed test, there was is an upcharge of $90. If you are ok with that, but your test is time sensitive, just know that there may not be appointments available! That's what we got and still refused to accept return on unusable test. Complete waste of $$ and lots of time, too.
Order your kit, make sure it’s the one that has the video observation. Your kit will arrive within days. Go online and create a profile. Make sure you create one for each adult, do not add adults together, you will need to add children to an adults profile. Schedule a time for your session, keeping in mind that the observation hours are limited and they are located In Utah. The timelines on shipping the samples to the lab via overnight air are too tight. UPS failed to meet their overnight delivery promise on our shipment, and the AZOVA representatives had an unhelpful attitude about this, being very cheery when telling me something like, "Don't worry, there's still a chance that we might get your results to you before your plane departs!" I am recommending it for a friend because there are no options for Hawaii. You need to complete the information under "Profile and Setting" before they ship the kit. It is behind your name in the top right corner. None of the menu tabs on the left will get you there. The is no positive feedback, i.e. we have all you data and will ship the kit. You cannot make an appointment for the observed test because they not do the video observation. This is frustration because you have to have the test within 72 hours of the time you fl... read more
The available appointments for this kit are extremely limited and there were so available appointments that would have qualified us for travel to Hawaii. When we realized this, Costco and Azova were unwilling to accept a return. Testing windows should be disclosed BEFORE customers pay, not after.
