We couldn't have had a better experience at Back Bay Clinic last weekend ! My new rescue who hadn't seen a vet yet with everything going on had warms. The clinic got us in the same day and was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. The contactless process worked just fine as well. Thank you Dr. Suzie and the team for providing such good service to us during stressful times !!
If you are like the me and your four-legged furry friend is your baby ( or in my case, my fourth daughter) this veterinary clinic is for you. I moved here from CA a year ago with a very anxious and stressed dog ( who is now 8 1/2 years old). I cannot say enough about how great the staff here are. My poor kitty Angel got an ear infection out of the blue and I had never seen a vet in the Boston area before. I was able to book a next day appointment for her and the staff members were so kind and attentive (they offer water, coffee). Once we got her diagnosis, the doctor explained everything to me and got me her medicine and we were good to go! For my follow up appointment, my poor baby still had the infection, though not as bad. I'm new to the area and Back Bay Veterinary has been a god send for my miniature golden doodle, Maisie! They've made her transition from our old vet in Maryland so smooth and always provide the highest standard of care. Prices are kind of steep, but in my opinion the awesome team, flexible hours and great location/facility is all worth it. Can not recommend this team enough. I moved to Boston for grad school last summer and the support of Dr. Graham & the rest of the staff is incredible. They're always responsive and go above and beyond to help out every single time I've needed something. I have never felt more trust in a doctor than I do with Dr. Graham!
Back Bay vet clinic is amazing! The doctors and staff are professional, knowledgeable, and caring. My mini golden-doodle is typically a nervous wreck but the staff there put him at ease and the doctors took excellent care of him when he was sick. They followed up to be sure he was improving and put my mind at ease. I highly recommend!
We have been seeing Doctor Graham for about a year and a half, and it has been the most amazing experience we have ever had with a veterinarian. We have a 7 year old Basenji and besides being one of the cutest and practical city dogs, they also come with tons of medical problems. So that makes us frequent vet visitors. My first time taking my cat to them and they were great. Place is clean and organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. Did not have to wait too long, either for an appointment or to be seen when I arrived. They were great and thorough with my cat and seemed very knowledgeable about her conditions. Would recommend them.
I love this Clinic. No matter what is happening I always feel like my cat, Tomin is in the best hands with Back Bay Veterinary Clinic. The front desk staff is always incredibly friendly, informed and ready to assist. I have had Maddie as my vet tech every time she is such a sweetheart who always makes me feel at ease.
