Looked at many care homes for my mother before arranging accomodation at the home. Badminton Place had a lovely warm friendly atmosphere was very clean and well laid out. There were no smells or litter/debris anywhere. Since mother being in the home (3 months) the staff and nurses have been very supporting, friendly, helpful and competent. The facilities included like hairdressing and chiropody are great. Bistro also available to family and friends to have a drink or meal with residents.

The care that my mum has received since moving into Badminton Place has been faultless. To quote Mums own words "if they asked me I couldn't make one suggestion of anything that they could change". She was worried about having to go into a home but she loves it there and is genuinely really happy there. It is also a lovely environment for us as her family - we are also treated exceptionally well as are all of her visitors. They really live what they promote which is "treat this as your home we are all about family".

Badminton Place has proved a wonderful environment for my dad. The care, activities, staff, and all that it offers has provided a safe, stimulating, caring enviroment which my dad has settled into fantastically. His dementia is calmer due to the constant company and daily life in a busier, friendly establishment where he has constant care, companionship and stimulation. I have nothing but praise.

My mum was so lucky to have had a weeks respite care at Badminton Place. The ambience hits you immediately you enter the building. Its lovely + warm and the staff without exception are so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. The meals were excellent and we were able to join mum for them (and a free bar!) If we wished too. The facilities were great. Mum could have joined in with lots of different activities. Plus hairdressing was available together with chiropody and a nail bar. Everyone I dealt with was welcoming and ensured my comfort. I and my neighbour were treated with respect - not to mention quite a few laughs The home was perfectly presented and cosy & exceptionally clean. Lynch was exceptional.

Badminton Place is amazing. Like a country club with a free bar! Staff plentiful and lovely. Food excellent, just enjoyed essentially private dining for 95th birthday. My great uncle is thriving in this inclusive environment.

Badminton Place have been incredibly supportive and understanding of the trauma involved in placing a relative in their care. I know that there is always someone there who will alleviate my distress when I have interaction with my mum who is a dementia sufferer. The rooms are spacious and I have brought items in to make it as homey as possible.

My mother has been a resident of Badminton Place for nearly 4 years. The quality of the care she is receiving is excellent. Beyond excellent!! Her needs are high (she's on the high dependency floor) and demanding but the carers administer their care with sensitivity, kindness, compassion and good dollop of humour.
