Casual and clean spot to dine-in or takeout - they specialize in fluffy buns! Atmosphere: I came in around 11:30 on a Saturday for lunch and it was mostly empty - more folks came in closer to 12:30/1 that day. It felt very clean and has seating inside for ~20-25 or so folks. The music at first was too loud, but the staff was very accommodating in turning it down for us! Food: The texture of the buns are really nice and fluffy! We had ordered the 3 bun combo and I was surprised how full I felt afterwards - each bun certain... read more

I tried the Buffalo chicken BAO bun it was sooo good. Came when they were closing and they still let us order and it was fresh and tasty.

The storefront is SO clean. I had to do a double take to make sure I was at the right place. I was here on a Saturday night at peak dinner time, but the place was completely empty. I tried three baos. The buffalo chicken, short ribs, and the pulled pork. The best is definitely the short rib, I would skip the pulled pork. They're definitely not authentic and westernized, but still good vote. I also got the brussels sprouts and the Shishido peppers, both were a good addition. I'm sure this place is probably busy for lunch, ... read more

This place has 9 bao selections available from seafood, beef, pork, duck, chicken and vegetarian. The bun size is small and fits in your palm. Would get 3 or 4 to feel satisfied. I tried the short rib (Bao Bao), the angus beef (The Prime Time) and pork belly (Lil Bao Wow) and they are all pretty good but the short rib was a little dry. The packaging was cute and very practical keeping the baos intact for the walk home. My second visit I ordered a bowl with mix of salad and noodle as the base with steak. Everything was fine e... read more

4.5/5 The service was really good for a fast casual place. I loved the menu options - there was def a wide variety of flavors. Lot of unique flavors. You'll see a flavor that'll excite you. It's like a fusion of Bao Buns with tacos. The ambience was also nice for a place of this style. Everything was very clean and my order came out fast. I tried 4 baos: 1. The gringo 2. The Bao Boa 3. Lil Bao Wow 4. The special terrayaki one - by far the best flavor out of the ones I tried. Would order again. All in all, good qua... read more

Delicious quick bite near Rittenhouse. Brussel sprouts were on point. I want to go back and try some different bao buns.

Super crunchy chicken bao, good taro chips with 2 sauces (I'd recommend a spicy Mayo over both sauces they give you). The short rib with wiz was also good. Id definitely come again

Tasty fried chicken and short rib buns. Taro chips are fine, though the dips are unimpressive.
