This was one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever dealt with in my entire life. This company is a total scam (read the Google, Facebook and Better Business Bureau reviews) and the team starting with the "General Manager" Manny Licitra, Sales Manager Chris Casazza and the sales team is a joke and dishonest. Please do your research.

extremely disrespectful towards women. I wouldn't expect anyone to talk to females like that. terrible Stay away from dealership at all costs. Classic bait and switch tactics.
CONTACTED THE SALE PERSON WHO I DEALT WITH, HE PROMISED ME A FREE ALL WEATHER MATS. HE WANTED ME TO GIVE A GOOD SURVEY, WHICH I DID. NOW I CALL HIM UP FOR THE MATS, HE SAID HE CAN'T GIVE IT TO ME BEC. I DIDN'T DO THE SURVEY. WELL THIS IS THE ONLY SITE THEY SENT TO MY EMAIL TO DO IT. WHAT I DONT LIKE IS PEOPLE MAKE PROMISES AND THEY WONT KEEP IT, IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MATS THAT I'M DISSAPPOINTED BUT HOW I WAS PROMISED. PIECE OF ADVICE DONT MAKE PROMISES IF YOU CANT KEEP IT. BY THE WAY I RETRACTED MY PREVIOUS REVIEW WAS ALL 5 STA... read more

Went to Bay Ridge Nissan to lease a car. This is my fourth Nissan, but all not leased from Bay Ridge Nissan. Worked out details with a good salesperson. When I got to the Finance Person, he conviced me to buy my old car and not lease the car I intended to lease. The papers were not explained properly they were just put in front of me to sign (my own falult for not reading them). When I got home and looked at the papers, I was paying $2,500. for Extended Warrany. I called the next day and asked to undue the tranaction and lea... read more
Over the span of several days I had attempted to get information on several service options and the use of the service coupons but was confronted with staff unable or unwilling to assist or only partially assist before disappearing in addition to emails or texts not being answered. So at least my experience thus far has been disappointing.
These guys are Exhibit A for why people distrust car salespersons. I was in the market for an Infiniti G37 and found 3 cars matching from this dealer based on the mileage and price I was interested in. I narrowed my interest to one specific vehicle and communicated with Logan who confirmed the vehicle was available and setup an appointment for two days later to drive and purchase the vehicle. On the day of the appointment, I again called (spoke to Tio) to confirm whether that car was still available and was again assured tha... read more

I drove in 11/13/2014 7:45a to my scheduled appointment to fix a low tire pressure sensor which was steady on. Most know either resetting the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) then replacing the sensors whose batteries die each 5-10 years. I asked the representative Kevin Guo both how long & what estimated costs there were but he dodged any answers. Later at 1p, he called with a heavy concerned tone of voice saying I'd need $1200 in repairs of which only $200 were to address the sensor. He claimed brake pads were entire... read more
