They have nice furniture pieces for decent prices but the customer service here makes me not want to come back again. We came in the day prior to buy an item and said that we would be back the next day to pick it up. We came in and they didn't even have the item ready to go and kept us waiting around, passing us off between different workers telling us different things. Went to pick up a stool for my gfs vanity that I'm putting together. They have good priced items however, not only did one of the workers give me the wrong address but on having to drive to three different spots, from the warehouse, to the showroom, and then loading doc to pick up a stool..Only to get home and have two parts missing AND the product having multiple scratches..after waiting almost half an hour for my product is sad. I sure wish I read these reviews before I purchased furniture from there. Yes, the prices are great. The salesgirl that helped us was very nice. I think her name was Yani? So now comes the delivery day (3 days after I bought it) for my furniture. Right before the guys starts to un-box the bed I pointed out that it is the wrong size. He said what do you mean? Walked in, took us 25 minutes to get help and when they did he spoke with us for a few minutes before a customer came up to ask a question and our sale associate (henry) just left us for them. When we came back to ask questions about delivery he was snippy and shoed us away. Not professional and rude - must not want service or not have the cash flow to hire nice employees
In my opinion, do not do business with this company. This company is deceitful they show a picture of the bedroom set as if it comes with a wood cleaning kit and that is not the case. I will be contacting the State attorney general's office, the better business bureau and filing a complaint. Received damaged furniture (not the floor model but brand new) and tried to make a claim. They said it's my problem and they would not help at all. Poor customer service. Definitely would not return
DO NOT SHOP HERE! They don't deserve any stars!!! I went in yesterday bought a dinning room table and Franco the sales person told us we can pick up from the one in Katy. I went today and waited an HOUR!! They told me they didnt have that one in stock. First off Franco should have called to check before selling me the table. I bought a modular sofa in April of this year, in less than 4 months by manufacturing defect I requested in August to change the product or return my money, and they offer me 75% of what I pay for the defective product.
I wish I could give them 0 stars or negative rating. The cheapest quality furniture with poorest customer service. I bought living room set (a sofa, loveseat and armchair) from Bel Furniture in May. I told the guy who delivered the furniture and assembled the legs on all three items that he hasn't fixed them properly and they will come off.
