Horrible experience with Bell Honda for new car sales. Drove 30 miles based on multiple calls they made to us for sales. they had given us a price over the phone and insisted us to visit showroom for better nego. Post reaching they didn't honor the price they quoted on phone instead the overall price was 50% more than the MSRP. sales man out rightly claimed that they don't disclose the premium on the honda CRV touring over the phone (which was 5000 dollars).. we had been to multiple dealerships and no one is charging this p... read more

Do not get your car serviced here or give them any information when looking at a new vehicle or they will call you forever. Even if you tell them to update their 'system' that you already sold your car and bought a new one. They. Just. Keep. Calling.

Joshua was our salesperson, nice enough guy but the 2020 Mazda CX-5 we purchased in August 2022 ($28,000 61K miles) was full of bond-o and chip paint that covered up extensive body damage several washings later. This car supposedly had 1 owner from Texas and a clean Carfax - this SUV looks as if it was in a weather disaster because there are dents & dings where there shouldn't be on a car that was only 1.5 yrs when we purchased it. Their service team sucks, I had an appointment to get some coating on my car, took it in early just for them not to finish, I called and all they could say is they would leave a message for the guy handling it, waited all day but there was nothing until I called back and someone else answered saying they were closed and didn't get no call back about anything, every time we go to this service they always mess something up, before this I took it in for a routine service and they somehow managed to mess up an oil change which c... read more

To whom this may concern, This is one of the worst dealerships. Bunch of crooks, let me tell you how it went, so i find a Honda pilot advertised for a certain price so i call in to make a deal. back and forth the manager joe finally agrees to a price of almost 50k plus tax so i agree. so now its like 54k with tax. Your typical shady used car dealer. We had an online price they refused to honor. First they tried to add an increase of 25% to the cost of the vehicle in dealer incentives that were of zero value to us. Paint protection on a used car that we had to come back to the dealer which is 50 miles away every 6 month? No thanks for the inconvenience. Having to do the normal waste of time negotiating they took most of the incentives off but still wouldn't honor the price we built on line that included tax, title, license and doc ... read more

Their Service Department now participates in the scamming. I've gotten a couple speculative "appointment confirmation" emails from them that I didn't schedule. I'm sure they want me to call in to cancel so they can sell to me. Awful dealership--through and through.
