"Too many extras or "ad-ons" on both the sales..." Too many extras or "ad-ons" on both the sales contract proposal and during the closing. All these items should be clearly stated before buying decision, not after. Other than this, the service was very good. Jessie was particularly helpful and did an excellent job.

"Was in for service and inspection when they found I'd..." Was in for service and inspection when they found I'd forgotten to renew my registration. Nice man at the desk did it for me and completed the job. Took a bit longer than inspected due to a large recall making things busy but it was a positive experience overall. PLenty of cold water. I'll probably continue to use this dealer for service even if they're more expensive as I really appreciate the attention to detail.

Everyone, from the salesman, to the sales manager, to the business manager, to the car delivery person treated me like I owed the dealership. Every question was answered, every need attended to by Berlin City personnel. Though I never left the comfort and security of my home, this was probably the best automobile buying experience I have ever had and I have purchased far too many new vehicles.
