It is one of the reasons that I continue to lease my Hondas from Berlin City. Often the cost of maintenance ends up being less than what they quote because they find a discount of some sort. I think it is rare to find a service that is so consistently exceptional.

He worked with his supervisor in finding a car that we could make work for both me and the Berlin City Honda team. He explained every step of the process and what was going on. Norm was incredibly friendly and was very easy to work with and get along with. i'm definitely going to refer anyone I know that needs a car to go to Berlin City Honda and Norm LeBlanc.

Honda and Berlin City were very understanding and financially and repaired the problem. I am exceedingly happy with the results and their kindness in this matter.
