Everyone, from the salesman, to the sales manager, to the business manager, to the car delivery person treated me like I owed the dealership. Every question was answered, every need attended to by Berlin City personnel. Though I never left the comfort and security of my home, this was probably the best automobile buying experience I have ever had and I have purchased far too many new vehicles. It is one of the reasons that I continue to lease my Hondas from Berlin City. Often the cost of maintenance ends up being less than what they quote because they find a discount of some sort. I think it is rare to find a service that is so consistently exceptional.
